Texting between dates: Should you be concerned if you don't hear from someone between dates?

I recently had two dates with a guy. On the second date he told me he was interested in me. I was leaving the state for the holiday the next day and he asked when I'd be back. I said January. He through out some possible date ideas for January. He also told me what he'd being doing for the holidays. He's also away.

I haven't heard from him since our date... and I'm not sure if I should read into that or just wait to see if he contacts me in January. Should you text in between dates when you just started dating?

Guys text if there is a purpose to it. They do it to get you in a good mood so they can see your sexy body and fuck you. Not for boring idle chit chat.

Don't text in between dates just because you are insecure and want to be reassured that he still likes you.

text him and see how he replies. If he still replies with enthusiasm , then yes interested. If he replies but takes a super long time then no he’s not interested anymore. But during early stages , there is no requirement for him to text you every few days.

That’s the thing about men that you have to understand. Even though he went on a date with you, he’s 9.5 times out of 10 going on dates with other women also. Whereas with you, you went on a single date, liked the guy, now all you do is think about him and wonder if he is interested. Here’s my answer: date other people and don’t put all of your eggs in one basket! Until you become exclusive with someone, you should not be so worried to the point where you’re coming online asking strangers for advice! The reason he is not texting is because he’s still going on dates, not twiddling his thumbs thinking about you.
