We texted non stop back and forth for 4 days before 1st date.
He was the one who initiated.
1st date was a success.
Discussion of 2nd date occurred after a few days of less texting taking place.
He asked what my week looked like.
I told him my schedule and he says “shit, he has to go out of town for wedding so plans cannot happen this week”.
He says “next time we will do this and that as our plans”. I texted back in agreement making a suggestion. The night ends with no response from him.
This was at the end of the evening yesterday. Did not hear from him all day today.
He does not leave town until 2 days from now. Why do you think he did not text me for the first time today?
Especially when my last text from the night before was a simple question following our conversation?
He has woken up from his sleep in the past to answer a text from the day before even when I didn’t expect him to.
So do I just leave it alone and never text him again?
If he does ever text me again do I ask why he disappeared?
Or should I just block him now?
This is literally a major switch from the pace of our dialogue and the great date and chemistry we had.
I also noticed today he still has his profile up on the dating site.
Is this behavior a huge red flag? Or is there some guidelines to follow here?
Gives me bad feeling in my gut.
