It’s been 2 weeks since we went out on our first date, but last weekend we hung out at his place Saturday and Sunday. He stated that he had a place picked out for our next date Sunday night before I went home. Today he mentioned a tv show that he plans to rewatch that we both love. I asked if he wanted to watch it together and he said yes and he’d wait on me then. So I asked when will be best for him and he says “whenever we see each other again is good!”.

I’m a little confused because when is this date supposed to happen and when exactly will we see each other again?

That's what it looks like. If a person is into another one, then one does not forget a date that has been planned or one does not make such comments.

He appears to be either forgetful or simply not that much into you. He had you for an entire weekend and that would be enough for a while for him. That is not really a good sign in a relationship.

Sure, people need some alone time. Also, we don't know how long you have known each other. Normally, in the start of a new relationship, people tend to want to be together more often. He, on the other side, does not care that much about being together with you.
