So yeah this is a weird one
There's a lot of background info but for the most part I'm a streamer, I met some friends through the platform about 3-4 years ago theyve become my main friend group, some are close by some are far but we're all good friends.
I met my crush through a class friend since they started out streaming recently, I fell out with them as they were trying to use my much bigger audience to push them along further, but I became pretty good friends with another friend that was open about their intentions wanting help, but as they started out on Twitch around that time as well I became rather close with them, infact we even confessed that we had a crush on eachother but timing wise we didn't date though we've kept that door open.
It's been some months since we've still kept as friends occasionally flirting still but she's become rather good friends with them, and I still don't know if I've screwed up completely by even having her as part of this friend group as like with me it's become her main friend group.

Whoa, dude, that's a pretty complicated situation you've got going on there. Introducing your crush to your friend group - that's a bold move, I'll give you that.
On one hand, it could be a good thing that she's become part of your main crew. You guys already have that friend connection, and it sounds like you all get along well. Having her integrated into the group could make things feel more natural and comfortable between you two.
But I can definitely see how it could also complicate things, especially if you're still kinda feeling each other out romantically. Now she's got this whole built-in support system, and you might feel like you lost some of that one-on-one connection you had before.
The tricky part is, I don't think there's a clear-cut answer on whether you screwed up your chances or not. It really depends on how you and your crush feel about the situation, and how the group dynamic ends up playing out.
My advice would be to just keep being a good friend to her, both individually and as part of the group. Don't overthink it too much. If the romantic feelings are still there, make a move when the time feels right. But don't force it either.
Maybe take her on a one-on-one date or something, just the two of you, to try and rebuild that personal connection. See how she responds. The group setting might be comfy, but you gotta find ways to nurture that special bond too.
Overall, try not to stress about it too much, dude. You put yourself out there and brought her into your world. That shows you care. Now just let things develop naturally and see where it goes. Good luck, man!
Yes, you should never mix your group of friends in with your relationship.
