Honestly if there's any guy that tries to encourage another guy not to date a woman that has kids are not to date a woman because of any Factor it's because he is an a****** and somewhere in his life a girl put him in his place and he didn't like it so he has to blame the girl for it that's why there's so many angry men in this world because they either got turned down told no and they just cannot take that.

Because any man that has dated a single mother would be dating her because he knows that. A single mother has to have her s*** together she has to pay her bills raise her children feed her children clothes her children be a mother to her children a friend to her children be a taxi cab driver for her children and . Raise her children to be a better person than she is and that her children come first to any guy and if a guy does not understand that and respect that and want that for that single mother and he has no business dating her anyway

Not necessarily. It is absolutely valid to realise that a relationship with a woman with a child brings with it extra challenges. The risks are also greater. Lets say you do give her a go and get close with her and her kids then all of a sudden she "upgrades" and then what? That relationship with those kids you formed gets ended.

Nothing to do with being bitter, lots to do with being cautious.

Sometimes yeah. Other times it's because these men know they can't be a decent step dad figure to a kid. The majority of them don't even want to be involved in their own bio kids life let alone a kid that isn't there's. Sick times were living in. It once use to be that humans were villages and all helped one another raise kids so things like getting a new partner while already having a kid was common. Just current day men do not want to be fathers/have any responsibility

Um… the only thing single moms don’t want in life is a fresh complication. They’ve got enough on their plates. The younger ones (with young kids) are looking for a guy who’s handy, reliable and good about being around her kids); the older ones (empty nesters) are looking for more of a companion to happily live out their golden years). Where did you get the whole bitter/jealous thing from?

Any single parent has less time and less resources than a singleton, and a protective partner can expect to be second place to the children.
In a long term relationship, the partner may develop a strong bond with the child but has no rights if the relationship fails, and they are likely to need to play a sporting role with the child while not necessarily being given the authority.
It can work really well but there are significant potential difficulties which leads some to conclude, it's just not worth it generally.

There is a stark difference between meeting a woman you like and needing to accept she has children attached compared with going forth and seeking single mothers.

Are there men who discourage other men from dating single mothers? Maybe on some YT channels. The disadvantages of a single mother are obvious enough to not need pointing out in truth.

I think people have the right to choose... some guys wouldn't be interested in taking care of another guy's kids, and it's alright... there are plenty of men who care for the woman they love, and they would support her anyway, so I think it's quite balanced...

and people can have different experiences... so the reasons they do this can be different too...

Encouraging I believe so, although I personally don't see myself dating a single mother I think if someone spends their time to try to encourage others to do the same is pretty messed up and sour of them, if someone likes someone they should shoot their shot and if people don't mind that person already having a child then that's all good

If a man asks be for my opinion on dating single moms, I will always be honest with him. it is up to them what they do. I've been approached by single moms before but I don't date them. The last one that approached me was really pleasant but after I politely said no thanks, she became insulting. True colors always show...

Hahaha... bitter maybe. It comes from experience. Experience from dating single moms you say don't date us.

Single moms just add a level of baggage that isn't worth it. Now, if she can keep her responsibility separate from me, then I'd be open. But that rarely happens, because single moms are usually looking for help and not a relationship.

I don't know of any guy that encourage other guys not to date single moms. By the same token there's generally a reason most single moms are single moms. And it's just good advice for a guy to properly vet a woman who is a single mom. If she doesn't make the cut time and again maybe she should work on why that is rather than blaming all men.
