Why do guys not want to date single mothers thinking they have to raise another guy's child when they don't the majority of the time?

It's not just about raising those children. The fact of the matter is, the children are part of the package. You can't have the woman without taking in the children as well. There is also the potential of having to deal with their father, and the drama between him and the woman he is with. It's also the lack of authority for children, but being expected to tolerate them.
