She Seemed Interested After I Canceled the Date dry texting?

I started talking to her, but texting she was dry, and I felt like I was the only one putting in effort. It did not seem intentional, just how she texted, so I kept going, thinking she might just be bad at texting. I asked about her interests, and mentioned wanting to try Top golf. Since I’ve been before, I asked for her number so we could go. She gave it to me, and we set a date. I had a bad feeling. It seemed like she was not trying to get to know me and just wanted the experience. So I told her straight up I felt like the vibe wasn’t there, and I did not want to waste our time. She apologized, said she’s a bad at texting, and prefers face to face interaction. After that, her energy changed. She started putting in effort, texting more, even flirting. The night before our date, she canceled, saying she didn’t know me well enough and had not heard my voice. Then she said her mom didn’t t think it was good idea for first date to pick her up. I said that’s cool and left it in her court. Later, asked if we could do something local first. We met at an arcade and got food. The date was great we vibed, she mentioned she wasn’t looking for a relationship since she just got out of one. I told her thats understandable I don’t look for relationships. I just put myself out there, and if the vibe is right, and we cool and it happens, then happens. The date lasted two hours. Hugged told her text me when you get home. She texted when she got home, saying she had a good time. A day later, I checked in, but she was dry again. I kept the convo going, then asked her out. She said she was busy and had work scheduled that day but didn’t t suggest another day. I told her to let me know when she’s free. That was six days ago, and I have not heard anything since. FYI, she did ask for a selfie together at the end of the date to show her mom apparently which I didn’t believe lol what do I do? Do I double text and ask (we good) Or what do I say or do in this situation.
