If a girls just shy that’s fine I understand. But if I feel like someone’s making me do all the initiating unfortunately to me at least. It’s just one sided… That or she’s just not attracted to me enough to show effort if I am.

I want someone who is mutual in showing effort and doesn’t have all these weird ideas in her head. Some people get offended wondering why I’m not writing back? Why am I seeing someone else now? Etc. I don't know maybe other people are showing me interest as opposed form not responding despite not being busy. Not ever intimidating conversations or dates if I am… Things like that. It’s not worth my time

Maybe she’ll feel subconsciously forced to say something if you confuse her enough. For example, maybe you can start a conversation with something like, “Has your car ever told you to run over a homeless man?”.

You’re right sone people are looking for different things. I just don’t see one sided relationships as worth it. As well as don’t want to waste someone’s time or my own time on someone whose really not that into me.
