It happened to me ONE time on a third date, but the guy was very kind about it and booked a cab for me to get home. We knew we liked each other, so he didn't take it personally. I was just not feeling well at all. (Initially thinking it was just a little heartburn I requested a seltzer, but when I felt my system getting... creaky... I excused myself to hit the ladies room. (Yada yada) I knew I had to cut dinner short and get home where I could refresh, etc.)
Funny? On the ride home he complained he wasn't feeling great either. It ended up being something in the salad we'd shared.
I'd just hold it in unless it's really bad then I'll go and hurry up. I hate using the bathroom in public tho so i try to avoid it
I'd just say I had to use the restroom because something didn't agree with me
Fairly simple answer. Be polite. Excuse yourself and go to the bathroom.

That rarely ever happens to me.. Even then , I'll feel so crummy after so I doubt that I would want to continue the date. I'll just tell him that I'm not feeling well and we should meet up another time.
Just go lol. I am careful what I eat when I go out. Likeliness of that happening is very, very low.
Whats the problem just go.
it could be awhile and sometimes a date might get worried they're about to bail on them
I go the Dumb and Dumber route.
