You should never cheat on someone if you’re unhappy you should simply leave the relationship and be the bigger person. I don’t know if there is something more nefarious or not some people look simply to be nosey.

I think you make awful decisions for relationships. You should take a break for a good 6 months and figure out what qualities in a partner are important to you for long term satisfaction and stop going with whoever is convenient at the time.
