How do I meet this girl at work?

I met this girl at work. we locked eyes and I'm in love. She is on a different schedule than me, so I only see her at the end and beginning of my day. But the 2nd time I saw her she noticed me and I didn't go talk to her even though she was standing there alone. I started to feel really anxious and had a panic attack and ran away. How do I meet this girl? Should I apologize? I have trauma.

Oh yeah! Lol I went over to ger and said "I wanted to meet you yesterday, but I was having a panic attack" to her. Then I asked what her name was and she told me.

The best thing now is that you introduced yourself and got her name. Now just focus on getting to know her personality - ask about her hobbies, what shows she likes, funniest coworker stories etc. Flirt a bit too with some compliments, but keep it lighthearted.
