-She notices and was interested in my new haircuts
-She commends my presentations
-She says she would love to hear about my writing and help me plan a trip

Cons

-She said “buddy” once over text
-She is married but lives far away from her husband and has for a long time (this might be a pro lol)

Go any further that just friendship, that spells t-r-o-u-b-l-e in the horizon.
