They're lying to a point. Women like a fit guy. If for no other reason than she thinks it gives her, "added value". But only a few women like really muscular guys. It's not the norm.

I've built a lot of muscle mass over the last two years, and I get a lot more attention and interest from women than I used to, so that's my answer.
