There are almost certainly Alcoholics Anonymous (AA, Al-Anon) "Family Groups" which is geared towards supporting family members and loved ones of those struggling with alcohol problems. There are almost certainly other groups in your area meant to support people in your position.

Of course, it would be ideal if he were willing to get sober. I assume that's off-the-table at the moment.

The most important first thing is: Are you safe? Do you live with him? Is your child safe?

If you're in a situation where he's been drinking, is angry and you need help. Call the cops. Don't think about it, do it. Safety should always be the number one thing you worry about.
