Is it possible to turn a fuck buddy situation into friends with benefits/casual dating?

When I recently relocate to enroll in an MBA program. I wasn’t looking for anything serious when I got on Bumble and I met “M”. “M” is recently separated after being a military wife since she was 20 (married over a decade), so she wasn’t looking for anything serious either.

It has come to my attention that all “M” and I do is have sex. Although, I’m aware that this is casual, I do want a friendship and/or to go out on dates. I know that she is going on dates with another guy and sleeping with another woman. Do I talk to her about this or should I move on?

Friends with benefits is a fuck buddy situation. It's just a nicer way of saying it.

I'm going to say no because the way F buddy/friends with benefits work is women will get into these things with a guy they consider high quality and good enough for a relationship or even marraige, for guys who get into these things the girl is just someone to bang and have fun with but not good enough to date seriously or even marry.

If she told you from the beginning that she doesn't want anything serious that leave it at that, in case wait and see where things are going if you are more interested in her.
I guess you can just try and ask her if she wants to go out on a proper date with no strings attached... and see how that goes.
