Is it okay to make friends with a girl online if I have a girlfriend?

My girlfriend doesn’t care if I have female friends. So I went to Reddit because I was bored, and kind of am making one. Because I have all guy friends, and want to switch it up. But I feel so darn guilty. Like my mind is not letting me think this is okay by any means. I haven’t told her yet. But I really don’t think she’ll care at all, but still. And it’s not like I like any girl in the world besides my girlfriend.

This is an easy one. Just tell your girlfriend about it. That should ease your mind completely. Don't make your life harder than it needs to be. 🙂

The problem is that you may catch feelings for this new female friend. Then what are you going to do? I'm pretty sure you would fall into some cheating. If you have known your girlfriend for a long time, she may not have a problem with you being friends with her, because she trusts you. I would hope her trust in you would be well grounded.
