I have this ex we have been In on and off relationship for the past 2 years we've dated a year ago then we broke up we were intimate but we never had sex and I'm still a virgin After we broke up we both dated other people

Then after about 10 months we started to talk again he told me how he still loves me and he has changed I've always had a soft spot for him so we kept talking for months we talked about the peopel we dated he asked a lot of personal question and he asked me if I had sex with that guy I told him I'm still a virgin but that some intimate things happened he was pissed

he asked to get back I told him it would take me some time

Then one night we were sitting at the back of his car and just talking then he kissed me and we started making out then he got into my pants I hold his hands and told him no He kept begging (he has touched me before) I said I was not comfortable but he kept trying and he hold me tight to get his hands inside I try to let go but his grip was strong I kept saying no He says "please just once" he kept kissing me I was Trying to push him then I say " if u love me stop" then he let go off me

I felt disgusted and he acted like it was nothing I went home not even sure if he was trying to actually force me or not

My guess is he was pissed of the guy I dated for touching me he wanted to get control back but I still don't know what to think because he acted as if he didn't do anything and I kept wondering if I made a big deal out of it or if it was SA

This was about a month ago he tried to do that again another time we are still talking and dating but sometimes that night comes to my head

But this guys only wants what he wants I you keep putting yourself right back in the same Scenario

Yes, it was sexual assault between the time you indicated you didn't want him to touch you like that (whether that was words, or actions), until the time he stopped.

The fact that you feel the way you do about it, leaves no doubt that you should see it as a sexual assault.

Please stop seeing this guy. He tried to do it again. Please find a better guy. This one is not a good one. That's very clear. Please stop seeing this man, he's going to end up hurting you. No good guy acts this way. Certainly not twice.

Stay away from this man. He's interested in one thing and it isn't you as a person. Since you've allowed him to touch you in the past intimitely, I don't know how you'd prove sexual assault that one time.

The fact that he pretended what he did was nothing indicates he doesn't gve a shit about you or your feelings and you're giving off mixed messages.

See a therapist and get this man out of your system. This is a potential disaster and the longer you mess around with this guy, the more he's encouraged to keep on trying.

I don't think it's really sexual assault. He does clearly have some kind of anger about you being with another guy and wants to regain control as you say, so he's being pushy about it but he still seems to stop rather than actually forcing you. Plus you are still dating him and everything so it doesn't seem like you're that traumatized by it.
