I think it’s more ok than people give it credit for.


But it’s delicate.


Dating a stranger means you can afford a nasty breakup


Dating a coworker is like dating your next door neighbor who’s parents practically helped raise you: there are eyes on your every move.


You can still date and breakup but you need to be the perfect partner and the perfect ex if you wanna stay off of HR’s radar


I’ve seen it done successfully before


And we’ve all heard stories about how horrible it can go
