Should you put that much emotional investment and time into one? Women are often temporary. Relationships just always fail nowadays, the girl’s a bit unhappy and boom she’s gone. Every girl you meet has had x number of boyfriends.

Most relationships nowadays are temporary whereas, this temporary period can be anywhere between a few hours up to 50 years. A permanent relationship would be the one that lasts till one of the partner passes away. Those are pretty rare nowadays because people have become so superficial and don't want to invest in a long term relationship anymore.

Most people today are solely interested in the sexual part of a relationship. When that initial attraction is no longer present, it is time to seek another sexual relationship. That is what is so sad about our Western society.

Rule #1 "never invest more in a woman than she's wiling to invest in you".

It's fine to talk to a dozen females simultaneously (just keep in mind some women are finicky about that. So you'll just have to gauge who you should reveal that to and who not to. But women in general love to flirt. So NEVER get serious about ANY of them till the start getting serious about you. And again this is something you just sort of have to gauge by her personality whether she is or not. Because women will game you all day to get a desired response out of you. But a good way to never get got is to never invest more than she is willing to.

It's pretty fair to assume and I agree a but with the way you put it.. It doesn't seem like people don't know or understand what relationship are for anymore.. While the core of relationships has always been to find someone so you won't be lonely, people make it all about themselves.. Men and women..
