If she hasn't seen it, then there is nothing to worry about. She doesn't know you said it yet... she hasn't seen it!

It's only if she sees it, then doesn't reply right away that you have to worry. Can I suggest never saying that over text for the first time (to any particular girl). That sounds unnecessarily nerve-wracking.

You seem to be pretty much in a hurry. One hour is nothing. Give her time to "digest" the news.

Also, how do you know that the message has been delivered? It may have been delivered but not read yet. Maybe she has other things right now that are taking up her time and she has not seen your message yet.

I would not worry too much about it. Those are things that happen in life. It could also be that she saw the message and that she is overwhelmed and needs the time to regain her composure and to try to find the right words to write back.
