in my experience 9/10 times a girl "friend zones" a guy she still keeps him around and expects him to act like he's trying to get her attention instead of letting them move on. So yea most guys in that position get pissy because they made their interest known and were rejected but woman are still expecting them to do all the same things and act the exact same way he was before she shot him down and typically they get sick of it.
