As for me I love roller coasters & years back there was a match made in heaven. It was a beautiful day & it was like the perfect day & I remember it like it was yesterday.

As for me I set out on a quest, a roller coaster quest that is. As for this story I could go on & on & as much as I would love too I’ll shorten it up a little.

I like skydiving & from time to time I wear a skydiving t-shirt. Anyway I was standing in line at an amusement park waiting on a really long line for a roller coaster. As for me I was talking to a group of people in front of me & out of no where a lovely lady taps me on the shoulder & says I always wanted to go skydiving.

Long story short the line was an hour long & her & I hit it off talking the whole time. We laughed, we got to know each other & we got silly & stupid with each other & touchy feely as well. It was perfect & for the first time in my life I could care less about a roller coast because I FELL IN LOVE.

Up at the main platform when we went through the turnstile I started walking toward the back of the roller coaster & she started walking towards the front & both of us didn’t realize we parted ways. A few seconds later we both stopped & turned around looking for each other. I saw her standing in line waiting for the first seat & she saw me standing in line waiting for the last seat. I waved at her & she waved at me & after that she got out of line walking to me smiling. I smiled too & met her in the middle. She said that she always rides the front of the roller coaster & I said I always ride the back of a roller coaster & after that she said the line was too long anyway let’s go to the back.

The roller coaster was something & after as we were exiting the roller coaster another guy walked up to her & put his arm around her, it was her boyfriend.

At the start of this story I said a match made in heaven. It was a match alright.

I've become close friends with guys upon first meeting. We just hit it off.

I hit it off immediately with some of my girlfriends, to. In fact, that happened with my wife.

The story about meeting wife is funny. We connected through a pre-internet dating organization. We had never met or spoken before but agreed to meet at a restaurant.

When I first saw her, she was really pretty but didn't fit the "my type" image that I had in my head from my previous relationship.
But once we started talking, the conversation just flowed and time disappeared. I realized that she was more beautiful than I first thought.
At some point, I. felt something bumping my foot. A waiter was vacuuming under our table and we realized that the place was empty. We had been there for a couple of hours and they were trying to close.
We we walked out to our cars in the parking lot behind the restaurant and continued chatting.
When we were ready to leave, we realized that the gate had been locked while we were in there. So I hopped over the 6' cinder block wall and got someone from the restaurant to let us out.
She kissed me with a look of adoration as if I was Superman and had leaped a tall building to rescue her.

There's more to the story, but it shows how well we hit it off the first time we met.

Yes, that has happened to me quite a few times. It's always so special when that happens.
I just finished writing a letter 💌 to my former next neighbor and friend, Anne. We met in 1990 and we hit it off immediately and look how many years we've been friends now. It's great!👍🏼

Actually yes I have. The last time was last year on an afternoon hike in the mountains. We met on the trail and finished the hike together. When we got to our cars, I asked if she wanted to meet for lunch in town at a certain restaurant. We dated for the rest of the year but kind of drifted apart. We don't have the same long term life goals and all that and she lives on the other side of the mountains from me, about 90 minutes away. Anyway it is fine as things don't always turn into long relationships.
