Danger Will Robinson. Danger. Danger.

First, dating a single mom with 2 kids is fraught with danger for your economic well being for the rest of your life.

Second, dating one who is your neighbor sends the danger to the next level. What if it doesn't work out. Is she gonna be a rational adult? Do you want to see her and her kids every day? Do you want the neighborhood all up in your business? What if you run into her with your next girlfriend? Awkward?

There's a school of thought that too much closeness too early on is not a good thing.
