Why isn’t a girl ever blamed if she’s 16-18 and she’s attracted to a 34 year old man especially if the man didn’t make any advances towards her?

Social rules. Social rules going back thousands of years. It's similar to why men and women don't behave the same way regardless of how much someone claims otherwise. We just aren't the same (socially or biologically).

Women of course can milk these rules too... they can do the same wrong thing as a man and not get into serious legal trouble like he would. It is what it is.

The lesson for men is to stay 100 miles away from women whenever possible, unless you have a really good reason to think it's worth taking a chance. Some guys make stupid choices. Especially young guys because they haven't built their life up and they have less to lose.

That's real simple dude. She isn't an adult! A girl that age may be physically developed already but she doesn't have the life experience yet to understand what love is (or she probably wouldn't be interested in a 34 yr. old). And as a MAN you have to understand that and be the adult and protect her from herself. Be sensitive of her feelings, but be firm and let her know in time she'll meet a guy closer to her own age that will be the guy for her.
