So i agreed to get an abortion and made an appointment since he didn’t want me or the baby. I told him he had to pay for the abortion and to send me the money. He told me he wasn’t sending any money unless he came to the appointment. I think it is reasonable that he wants to attend the appointment.

He wants to know that the money he's sending you for the abortion is going to pay for an abortion and he wants to know that the abortion is performed. He doesn't want to be a farther and wants an assurance that he won't be.
