What does a guy mean that I gotta go lower to get respect from a good man as a tall woman?

My ex boyfriend years ago flirted with my friend (she dated him years before) right in front of me and I was so hurt and my bestie told me about it and she said I hit him. I don’t remember hitting him. I mean I liked him for who he was and he liked me but things went down hill after a month of dating. We only dated for three months but it wasn’t really a relationship. I don’t know if it’s because I was taller than him or what. He didn’t seem to mind that I was a bit taller than him I didn’t care about his height. He was about 5’6 and I’m 5’10”1/4. We broke up and nobody felt sorry for me. My dad said it sucks but I’ll get over it. He flat out said it was over between when I explained that my ex hasn’t been answering me and I haven’t seen him in two months and made no effort to see me and I saw him. My dad said, “It’s over between you too.” And he chucked. He didn’t hug me and said sorry baby. He just said I’ll get over it and I’ll be alright. Nobody felt bad for me when I broke up.
My best friend told me I should have saw the red flags. She said, “I’ve been trying to get you to BREAK UP WITH HIM! He’s no good for you.” My other friend said, “What we’re you thinking dating him? For someone that’s on college, you are very dense about men.”
We’re all autistic.
Some guy said, “Of course he was a jerk! You’re taller than him. Plus you dated your friends ex boyfriend and that’s a HUGE betrayal! Shame on you! I understand why people don’t feel sorry for you. I don’t feel sorry for you. You gotta go lower if you want a man to respect you. Go shorter because shorter men respect tall women than tall women do.” What does he mean by go lower? Like 5’1”?
