Is it common for guys to still flirt with other women when they’re in a relationship?

I’ve heard that my boyfriend has been flirting around with a co worker who he was previously talking to/getting to know before we made it official. He was honest about his dating life before and after we officially got together. He’s not the type to manipulate. He’s too lazy for that lol. It didn’t go anywhere with the two of them outside of some texts and work. They never actually went on dates on anything. We have though. We’ve stayed the night together. We were actually intimate even when he was occasionally talking to this co worker and we finally decided to make it official. They no longer text or anything. I believe they are still friends on Instagram so I’m sure they view each other’s stories. He’s posted me on his story a few times so I’m fine with that but with I have a friend that works with him and she told me she seen him playfully flirting with her. I know flirting usually means nothing for men. Especially at work. It just makes time go by but what do you guys think?
