It's a very weird thing to combine these two sentences lol, as your description does not match your question. Plus, being attracted specifically to trans people seems very curious to me. Why would someone find attraction in trans status especially? Anyways, anything is possible in someone's mind.

I am heterosexual so there is a chance I can be attracted by a woman who happens to be a trans woman. There is a chance I can be attracted to a trans woman without even knowing she's a trans woman. Since attraction is not controllable though, I wouldn't care much. However, going from attraction to actually starting a relationship, that's evidently a whole different topic. Not an easy one at all. Considering the complexity of this all, for me, for her.

Not an opinion but I think there's a difference between being attracted to someone and wanting to be with them romantically or sexually.
Plenty of trans people who present very well - so well, that your attraction would not be able to tell they're trans. Would it not be possible to be attracted to them if they present that well and you're attracted to it?

Also being a guy who is heterosexual I’m attracted to feminine features, so if an image of a transwoman pops up and she looks 99.9% a cisgender woman and I go “dang that is hot”, that isn’t a bad thing. Unless you wanted to date the person and found out their “anatomy” isn’t your personal thing and you’d like to have children some day then you would want that upfront.
