If you mean romantically. Why would you? Not only are you hurting yourself bur you’re hurting someone else more who probably thinks you genuinely love them. So doing this you’re not doing anyone any favors.

But unfortunately this happens more often then people think. Some cases it’s a dark personality a individual who lacks the ability to form genuine relationships. They may want someone for social status, financial reasons, sex, or any number of things.

Some people also stay in relationships simply because it’s better then nothing. They put so much work and effort into a relationship and are just too emotionally attached to it. Even if it’s toxic and miserable. Even if they don’t feel attracted anymore.

I have a list in my head and if I'm dating a girl she has or is close of being every thing I like in a girl. I mean what makes her attractive to me is being or having All these qualities that I like. That's what makes a girl attractor to me is just not looks.

To be honest, I can look at all the good looking guys but I won't feel attracted to any of them but if I form a connection with someone... If he's smart and funny and he treats me right, I'd start finding him very attractive even if he looks avarage in looks. Unless you're both asexual, I'd say that's a big negatory. Might work for one party to not be interested, but will it work for the other?

And since sex is usually a normal, regular part of adult relationships, why would you choose someone you're not attracted to?

No.. but the bar is not especially high for physical looks. Average looks are perfectly fine. Probably 70 % of women could pass that test, and the younger they are, the higher than percentage would be.

It's personality and attitude - including morals, values, and life goals, that are the biggest disqualifiers for me.

I think my girlfriend is beautiful but I'm sure there are plenty who would disagree. But her personality and attitude makes her a 10 in my eyes.

I don’t think I could start off a physical / sexual relationship with a woman I’m not physically attracted to. Objectively there would always be someone more attractive though so I’m not leaving them because I found them less attractive by comparison as it’s the whole package isn’t it

I have became attracted to people after getting to know them better. So initially they were just average... but their personality made them so much more attractive.

If they are not physically attractive to me and I also dont care for their personality... its a no go.
