Yea for a lot of reasons.

1. Men don't want to take care of kids that aren't their own.

2. Being divorced is a red flag and having kids with split custody is even an even bigger one.

3. Kids cause problems and demand a shit ton of time and effort which means you have less of yourself to give to the relationship. That makes reciprocation feel uneven and will kill the bond slowly. Nobody wants to be in a relationship where they're a secondary priority and not one of your primary ones.

4. Kids are often ungrateful little brats when raised by single moms in my experience. They never get disciplined so they turn into monsters then the mom gets mad at you when the brat should be grounded.

5. They always side with the kid even if you're in the right.

6. They often give their SO no authority over the kid even years into the relationship which just doesn't work. You can't be a paternal figure without authority and like it or not that's what you will become just by being a part of their mothers life long term.

7. It can often be a sign that she won't commit.

8. If the ex is in the picture that adds even more complications because you have to deal with all that extra tension.

9. A lot of guys want their own kids and woman who have already had some often don't want more.

10. If they get married the financial burden becomes his problem not the dads. Why would anyone want to spend thousands over the years on a kid that isn't theirs and doesn't respect them?

11. A lot of guys these days not most but a lot just don't want kids involved at all. Not theirs and not someone else's. They just don't want kids.

When A woman has kids, she needs to be careful because bare minimum you lose at least 60% of your value. If you're a 10 but you have a kid, you need to be open to dating 5s or you are going to have a shit ton of problems dating.

To me, yes. But mostly because I'm at the phase in my life where I want kids of my own. If I already had kids of my own and was single, I wouldn't have an issue with it. I'd also have to know that the reason she has kids isn't that she slept around or choose poorly with her partner.

Being a single mom to a guy is as attractive as being a homeless guy to a woman.

Would a woman date a homeless guy? Possibly. But he definitely will not be his first choice. And the guy will have an uphill battle winning her over. The same can be said for single mom. Because she's already proven herself (in most cases) to be a risk.
