As an English person it would have made sense.
They're never interested because they seem to prefer buff 💪🏼 men this being Western Caucasian women from my experience.
Not being buff myself is one of two flaws that I have.

I'm skinny but most women online don't realize that until on the date & turns out to be the turn off for them.

They were satisfied with my looks & how I was conveying, making them laugh etc. Until they realize what type of body I have & then there like I can find a man with a better body this one is not worth committing to now.

I was hoping to find a woman who was more realistic/grounded with what she wants from life & from a guy.
As well as not having commitment issues & stuff like that.
So ideally someone who wants companionship & peace. She has ADHD , I have high functioning autism so we click with chemistry & understand each other's flaws.

But ideally I don't want to lose the chemistry with her , because unlike my other dates the woman has had doubts about my disability & my appearance, that had ultimately lost her interest for me.

She seems to be treating me differently to other women that I've encountered. She doesn't view my disability as a dealbreaker, or have one physical appearance preference seems quite open.
