How do I keep her interested?

I began to like a girl at work, however she was seeing someone at the time (and apparently i didn't make enough of an effort) so it didn't really go anywhere, however that didn't work out so she began to text me.

She seems to be interested in me, however she seems to be testing first to see if I'm worth actually trying with which is fine, it happens often, you gotta weed out the weirdos. The issue is, it's been about 4 years since I've been seeing women now and I've got no game. I asked her if she wanted to go see a movie soon and she basically said she's down, if I can convince her I'm worth seeing a movie and taking a step with.

I suppose I'm pretty much anxious that I'm gonna fuck it up and don't know how to text women anymore. She was texting me for a few days but the convo ran dry and I was dumb to keep texting a bit longer than need be. One of our work colleagues knows I like her and seen as they're best friends she's probably heard something id assume. Anyway she just said to me that "by the way she's single and not seeing anyone atm, so just take your time and don't try rush into things too quickly, be slow and flirt".

I feel like I see her a lot more recently. She tends to keep popping up where I am, but she doesn't make eye contact with me, I said hi to her yesterday and when she went to say something back she jumbled up her words and kept walking.

There was free cake at work the other day and she came into the back room where me and my work friends were with a plate of cake for just me, but didn't stay to chat or anything, just handed me the cake and left.

Any time I've been direct, flirty and masculine she's seemed really into it, however because of my blunder last week she began to take hours to reply. I intend on letting her reach out first but I just don't have any game or rizz. Has anyone any advice of what to do?
