Do you prefer a modern buildings or old rustic buildings?

Old, without a doubt. They were built to last! Usually the foundation is solid, unless it was built near a body of water. My cousin bought a home built in the late 1800's and it's gorgeous. The natural wood work throughout the house, the brick work, the paneling on the inside... the brick work and concrete work on the outside, the spacious rooms... They bought it for cheap and the money they spent to upgrade it (bring it to code) was cheaper than building. I love my home, it's newer but always think about how I fell in love with hers. Plus, they have beautiful property.

Usually rustic, but I think modern can be nice too. It just all depends

I currently live in a rustic building and as charming as it is there’s plenty of technical downsides


A modern building just removes these headaches

I like noth but I love older building because the way they were done was way different and it takes real craftsmanship to build something so beautiful

Old they've more character and built to last. These modern buildings only built to last 30 years look and feel cheap and nasty

I always liked the old Victorian style houses they always had an eerie look to them. Will probably never afford one though.

I prefer old buildings with better architecture. Most modern buildings just look like a squared box.
