Should i suggest having discreet relations with a man twenty years older than her so i don’t have to worry about whether he’s just after relations and not taking her serious for marriage/relationship?

We live in a small town and both single. My family recently moved here. So it’s hard to anonymously date and do anything with guys because everyone would see and talk probably. I’m an adult by the way. I want the physical love and I don't know if he wants it but I heard that he might be interested in me so I figure if he does come closer I can suggest we should go to a motel room.

What problems could this cause? The only thing I can think is since his family and my family are friends (I never met his family though), maybe they would talk about us? I don't know. We’re adults though.

I don’t know him very well at all. I just heard from my mom that he might be interested. But he hasn’t made any move towards me so I’m thinking maybe he’s not interested in something serious.
