My boyfriend is on vacation and adding lots of girls should I address it?

My boyfriend is on vacation with his friends. I started noticing girls and tried to justify it as maybe new friends or smt. But it reached a point where I counted 25 new girls added. He then unadded some and added other. They all are exactly his type. I didn't talk to him for the whole day because it broke my heart and he didn't even notice.
For context, in the past he was adding girls from his tiktok and I mentioned it and told him that for me it's really disrespectful even it's meaningless for him and he said he wouldn't do it anymore. He also said I was toxic for stalking him and I should trust him and stop watching his follower non stop.
I don't wanna ruin his vacation by arguing but I just can't act as everything is fine while my heart is so heavy. The fact that he didn't even acknowledge that I didn't talk for a whole day when I usually talk so much hurts me even more.
What can I do? And what can I tell him without him telling me I am the problem for stalking him? Am I overreacting?

I don't stalk him everyday but I had some recommendations of girls I never saw before that made me start looking up , and seeing the number go up made me go in a crazy stalking mode.

He told me he only added them cuz he wanted to see their story to know where to go cuz they got scammed... even though many of them aren't even in the country he's in. He told me he didn't think well because he slept bad and he's sick and his luggage is broken so he didn't think straight... Then he said I think bad of him and he's rethinking everything
