Should I be concerned that my boyfriend is meeting 2 girls at a hotel?

So my boyfriend is in the military and one weekend he went out in the city his base is located in and i had woken up and seen his location on snap was at a hotel early in the morning, didn’t think much of it until it looked like he stayed the night there. i asked him about it a couple days later and he tried to avoid mentioning he was at a hotel until i asked him if he was being completely honest about that night and then he told me about it, he and his friend met up with 2 girls from out of town to hangout at their hotel room and they had breakfast in the morning, but he lied about them leaving the hotel after a couple hours. i know he spent the night there. i decided not to call him out because i didn’t want him to realize i could see his location incase he were to lie about this again and..

he’s at another hotel this weekend and is staying there. should i be concerned? the hotels that he’s stayed at are 5 minutes away from his base so it’s not like him and his friends are too tired to head back home.

It's hardly putting him in a good light, i will say he probably isn't allowed to meet up with friends (male or female) at the barracks itself. So the idea of meeting friends in a hotel "off site" isn't a red flag in and of itself.. however the ratio of guys to girls is, and the fact it's not a one of IS (especially since it's entirely plausible to meet up socially at a bar in town etc).. Personally I think I have only ever met friends at a Hotel socially, and that was for its own set of illicit reasons (the University halls of residence were under a lot of surveillance). So we met/slept at this hotel so we could smoke some weed. Other than that I can't remember a single time where I have utilised a hotel for a social call where the hotel was the only place we visited (i. e we stayed at a hotel AFTER going out in town).
Personally I'd say it sounds fishy, especially with it being 2 guys and 2 girls meeting up... and even if it was as he said (they only stayed a few hours...) doesn't make it any better at all... after all, how long do you need to... ahem... well you know.

Ultimately it's down to you what you do, but you do have an advantage that you can see where he has been/is, and he doesn't know that. I would use that to gather as much proof as you can. Obviously he will try and play the "how dare you spy on me card" once you show your hand... so you need to make sure you have your mind 100% made up when you do... otherwise he may reverse it on you.
If it were me, I would wait and see if a situation occurs where he has a social call with MALE friends... and see if he diverts from this pattern. If he DOESN'T it may just well be what he actually does for social calls due to his military responsibilities. If he DOES... well you have all the evidence you require.

guarentee at least one guy was having sex with at leadt one of the 2 women. if you are extremely lucky, it was the other guy and maybe both women with just the other guy while your guy was just along for the ride so to speak. saddly odds are he was fucking one of them though. I don't know how close you live to his base so if it's from being long distanced or not is info i do not have. if it is a LDR then good chance based off available info he has other women too (happens more often when simeone is military for various reasons) .

Yes its concerning. If he is there for a business meeting or about his job, its a different story. But when girls "hangout" to their room, you already know the answer.

They are having sex and he’s lying about it. If that’s a deal-breaker for you, it’s broken. How far away is he from you? LDRs are very difficult. Try dating someone local? If there’s no one, consider moving?

Military relationships are among the most difficult too maintain. I saw a lot of them go up in smoke when I was regular Army active duty. You may want to consider other relationship options.
