Would you date someone who works at your favorite place?

So I like going to this restaurant. I've been going for 8 years and for the past 2 years going once a month or once every 2 months. I made it a habit of going there around the same time and ordering the same items. Most of the time, I'm served by a different waiter. I have trouble cutting up my food, so I ask the waiters for help. The waiter serving my table was nice. He started asking me questions about what I was watching and if I could recommend him some things to watch. He asked me about things I like to do and I answered. I believe he stayed at my table too long talking to me because another employee put his hand on his shoulder and tried to guide him away. When he came back to me, he started asking more questions about my day and what I was going to do after lunch. The same person came over to the table to guide him away again. It was probably his manager, because the third time the waiter came over, the guy came with him and stood there watching him cut the meat for me. He still talked to me a little bit, but I tried to keep it short because I could see the manager eyeing him every time he stopped at my table. I could have given him my number. He was really cute and sweet, but I thought about if it didn't work out. Would I have to avoid my favorite place?
It would be awkward for me if he served me after a failed talking or dating stage. I wasn't ready to date or have a new friend either, so I left saying goodbye.

🙄bruh 1. That's what they serve as the main course
2. The waiters cut everyone's food,
it's part of their job
3. I get there early because the waiters have fewer people to rotate through before they get back to me to cut the meat
4. I am disabled because the restaurant doesn't have the proper tools for me to cut

In summary, they cut everyone's meat, but if they're busy working on someone else's meat, you're able to cut it by yourself. However, since they don't have the proper tools for me, it's no way I can cut it by myself. So I tell the waiters ahead of time instead of me struggling with the scissors and them asking me for the scissors anyway because I'm not cutting the meat right or fast enough for the restaurant customers' experience standard.

They also watch everyone's fire, refill your sauces, and clean the grill for you between meats

You BBQ your own meat. It comes out like the whole steak you get from the store. You cut it up to make sure the inside is cooked and it's small enough to eat. They use heavy-duty meat scissors.
All the scissors are right-handed, meaning the front of the scissors slices the meat.
When you switch the right-handed scissors to your left hand, it doesn't cut the meat correctly because you're holding it backwards, on the blunt side of the scissors.
I'm left-handed. I need help cutting the meat

Oh its chain, but the easiest one to get to in my area and it's not a lot of them in my state
They have other restaurants with the same concept.
Some would say even better, but I like the simple menu and the spaced out area
The other types are more of the" do it yourself and I'll come back with your drink and bill" types, but I need help
Not a lot of places care about left handed people
Nobody's running around randomly getting up and bumping into other people trying to get food. It's more sanitary too.
