Would you date your co worker?

One of my friends has a crush on her co worker that she works with, she told me that he gets jealous everytime he sees her laugh and smile with the other guys. He called her cute and being really sweet, he has told her things that no one knows not even his ex gfs because he never felt that trust with people compared to how he feels about her, she also told me that she also believes that he kissed her when she was sleeping in his bed while he was sleeping in the living room ( side story: before she fell asleep like into a deep sleep, she heard footsteps coming down the stairs and she felt something being pressed against her lips. She realized it the next day because she was saying how she can still feel it. I figured it could be all a dream but I don't know I wasn't there. )

Also I have witnessed this myself, he always comes to her smiling while talking he doesn't do that with anyone else, he purposely acts really weird because he knows she laughs everytime and he will look at her after he does something weird. When she's not around he doesn't really talk to anyone like he does with her.
