Marriage is between two individuals. I don't think men should have more than one because it's going to hurt your first wives feelings. She'll often feel neglected. Put yourself in her shoes, how would you feel if your partner brings home another guy? Hurts, right? Also, it's not easy to take care of two partners and treat both equally. The wives will often get jealous or complain to him that "you spend more time with her" Just think about all the expense too. I don't understand why some men still want to have two wives.
well i won't suggest it works for everyone, but my ideal idea of a relationship is a ffm throuple, to me it solves many problems in the relationships and even though it likely has it's own problems too like everything in life it is likely has more opportunity to mend things.

I was talking about the women who aren't happy about their husbands second wife, but still stay with their husband for the sake of their children.

I shared my opinion as a woman. How women would feel. I can assure you not many women are okay with their husbands having two wives. I have some Muslim girl friends. So, I simply shared my perspective on things
oh trust me, i'm well aware of that sad fact. though i can actually understand not wanting mmf cuz let's be real, most guys who are also into other guys would not bother with a woman even if only for the simple fact that we are almost complete opposite creatures and in real world opposites do NOT actually attract, most guys who also like other guys would eventually prefer the simplecity of another guy's instead of the more detailed world of womans
yes. most dudes who said otherwise said with the assumption of instead of 2 or more not really something they would prefer 1 girl who is the one for them.
but what if those 2 womans are both the ones for you? what if instead of splitting your attention between them you are all in love with each other (yes this would take the womans to be bi or pan but this is fairly more common with womans than guys so not that biggie)
also 2 woman thing saves everyone from the cursed debate of 50/50 or housewife and working guy problem, 1 of them is the housewife the other works.
In the Old Testament the Bible says that king Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines. In today’s modern society there are some countries that allow men to have up to four 4️⃣ wives if he has the means to support them. I’m not sure about concubines. 💃
I don't care what other people do as long as all parties involved are fine with it, but it makes no sense to me. A marriage is supposed to be something intimate and sacred, between two people. How can you have same connection and commitment in a marriage if there is a third wheel?
No i don't think so I feel like marriage is about giving all yourself to that person. To give all of yourself to 2 different people would be to tear yourself in half. To have 2 wives would be to live as 2 halves in my opinion. I wouldn't want to be half a man no matter what was offered to me
Even though it's incredibly and deeply nice fantasy, I see a lot of complications in there. Sooner or later you'll end up loving one of them more than the other. Or growing more fond of one that the other.
They end up competing and wondering which you love most. It's not emotionally fair to them. Even though it's very attractive idea for us men.
Although I am Christian and am American, It is a matter of the culture and demographics of the country involved. Many European nations are failing to support their replacement rate. And yet there are some men who are very wealthy. And are willing to procreate children even if somebody else raises them. This is good for their countries. I do not make a moral judgment on this. But I do make a practical one.
If God did approve of that kind of thing, and you accept double the risk in a marriage. At best she'll have another person who can bounce her emotions off of and you get 3 ways with 2 woman who love you snd wach other. But that isn't what typically happens and God dosnt approve and id never accept double the legal risk and double the headache
I feel like guys would benefit and it would make sense, you love someone and they care about you, but as they get older they may not want sex as often, but as a guy you still feel the need to cum more than once a week or whatever. But I think some girls would get jealous and upset and feel threatened. Now ideally wife 1 would choose number 2

I’m going to say no, but knowing how often PEOPLE cheat on each other and not inform their spouse. I wouldn’t be surprised if some men have 2, hell maybe even 3. Sad.
