I'm not with a wealthy person but I know a few millionaire and a billionaire..

I have another friend that his grandparents owned 68 acres of property. They sold it but they sold it to a guy that scammed them..
So the house ended up going into the states, hands and my friend was living there without permission, and the real estate management company went up there and caught him. They told him he had 24 hours to move all his crap out. Otherwise they were gonna lock the doors up on everything and make sure nobody could get in there and he would lose everything. Well, I happened to be up there that day and I talk to the real estate management company and said this guy owes me like 5000 Dolli, said. If you lock his property up in there. He's not gonna be able to pay me back. They needed a caretaker for app there and I said I would do it so they hired me basically just to watch the property, but anyway, it was time to come app from auction about a year later, the millionaire and his brother were gonna buy the property. Well, the brother of the millionaire backed out. So the millionaire got a hold of the billionaire

Next door neighbor to the 60 eighthere's. They closed the only access road and told me. I could not travel up-and-down it anymore. Well I had a bunch of stuff up there so I wasn't gonna be able to get my things out of there
About\n A week away from the auction of the property, the billionaire came up there and he was in his Tesla, white leather seats, and I was filthy dirty. I had just getting off work, and he told me to get in his car, and I said, no, I'm filthy, he said, get in now, I said he presses the button and this big TV monitor comes up out of the Middle of the console and we start looking at satellite images of the property. And when he found out that I couldn't get my things out of there because the next door neighbors were holding it hostahe.
You didn't really care about the property, but he cared about my stuff that was up there. No, I've been taking the millionaire up there, but going the back rail roads and it was tetris in the 4 world drive. Even but anyway, the billionaire said don't worry about your things. We'll get your things we're gonna go to court. We're gonna leave here right now. We're gonna go down to the courthouse. Files and papers to get this road. Open back up for you.

I said, okay, so the day is the option. The next door neighbors were trying to buy it because they had plans to build 3500 homes and they could not build the homes, not listen. They had the water rights from the other property

So the billionaire ended up getting it. Every time these guys would put it didn't. He was right there with his bid BAM. the next door neighbor people would wait an hour before they could they would bid again

So the billionaire ended up paying seven hundred thousand dollars for the property

Went to court numerous times to get the road open back up, the judge ended up giving the billionaire the access road. So now it was his road, he could have been a d*** and told them they had to go the back way but he said, what do you think? And I said, no, don't do that, he said, yeah, but anyway, so I got all my things out of there. We Basically rebuilt the house and then he started talking with the next door neighbors after they tried pulling all this crap on him but he ended up selling the property to them for 3 million

Like I said, he didn't really care about the house in the property. He was more pissed off because they wouldn't allow me to get my things out of there and use that road

But I wish you wouldn't assault it because the water rights alone are just there's so much water there's unreal

But he can do anything he wants to do. He pays over 30 million dollars in taxes. That is crazy.

I would love just to make the interest. Did he gets from all his money every month every year? But a super good guy super really just really good guy

Millionaire , he's kind of he's a good guy , but he's just too to add a little bit , it's greedy or if it's he cheats in a way to get his money , I think , but anyway , neither here nor there

I'd say it's kinda nice and bad at the same time. For example (not everyone's life is like that or live like that. I'm talking about some people)-

• You don't have to worry about making ends meet or buy a property as you can afford it. You have assistance and all the cool things to make your life easier.
• To have most of the things in the world, yet you aren't satisfied. To have people around you and in your life but for all the wrong reasons. It's nice and fun to be able to afford so many things and go on vacations and party but after a while, still you feel kinda lonely. Being too cautious when it comes to dating because you want someone to be with you for who you are, not what you can offer.
• Have number of credit cards.
• Find out ways to hide your actual income from IT department, etc

Wouldn't know. I've only been with people in the middle class for the most part. But my guess is it's the same. They're a person. What they're used to in life and their mentality is probably more privileged though.

I'm not poor but I doubt I'll ever be rich. However from what I've seen it can be pretty miserable weirdly. When u have to purpose or goal to attain things, when everything is too easy, and there are no limits to amount of food/drugs/sex/alcohol you can buy then thays when serious addictions happen. Just look at how many musicians die? There's only so many vacations and partying you can enjoy before what seems amazing to us is just another day to the ultra wealthy. That's why many either focus so much on work to a obsessive degree or go find meditation or religion to try find a non material meaning in life. I think that would be key. To enrich yourself in giving and charity to find purpose that is beyond material wealth.

My lady is a criminal defense attorney. We have money because of her. Yeah she makes more money than I do as a union ironworker. But I’m bringing home 1500 bucks every week cash money that’s nothing to sneeze about so yeah we could say we have money. We’re not wealthy but we’re well off But I think that we’re both pain in each other’s asses, but I wouldn’t be happy with anybody else, but her been in love with her since high school

People who inherited their wealth are often spoiled brats who love humiliation rituals and like to belittle others because wealthy means intelligent. In my opinion it's often reverse proportional.

Experienced a Koenigsegg CCXR and learned that 180mph in a Carrera GT is more than enough
Plenty of more standard experiences in Bentleys, Royces, Ferraris and a Lamborghini

I've given them advice that turned into profit and added to their collections

A million is not uncommon today. Many of them grew up middle class and retain the values and traditions of middle class. For those that have more than $5 million, they can do much of what they want within reason but won’t be on private jets and super yachts, at least they won’t do it with any real frequency. For above $1 million the financial community refers to them as high net worth. For $5 million to $30 million they are called High Net Worth. This is without counting their home equity.

Some of this is inherited wealth but many are self made and again they have a middle class background and remain much the same although they can go where they want in so far as travel is concerned. Jewels, cars, electronics, multiple houses, big vacations, no debt, many, but not nearly all with no mortgage, boats and other big boy toys, doesn’t have to work but many do.

So what is it like, it depends on the person of course. They can take you anywhere at a moments notice. Restaurant eating happens many times a week, their day is filled with varying experiences as they figure out what they want to do that day if they stopped working or never worked. If they made their own money, they are smart and active people. If they inherited it, which about half do, they get bored and sometimes into drugs.

For those making $30 million plus, they are the Ultra High Net Worth people. Much of it is inherited so these aren’t necessarily the brilliant or talented people. Those people can be snobs and completely disassociated from the real world. It can also consist of big name entertainers, the bitcoin guy who invested early but it also has a lot of top tier corporate people and unfortunately government employees who sold their soul and their country. Here it is about huge houses, jets, who knows who type people. The tech exec who is driven, sharp and somewhat callous along with big name entertainers are the most current entrants.

I have know many multi-millionaires and some billionaires. They are smart people with common middle class traits but they speak bluntly but not meanly. The ones that I have known came up through business and made it big. Their wives can be snobs and idiots though and unsure as to what they are doing as they try and find their place in the world. Others are excellent supportive spouses who protect their husband. I have met a few females in this class and they all struck me as manipulative.
