I have this coworker I get along great with
She’s only 3 years younger than me but it’s clear she’s had a sheltered life and doesn’t know half the stuff I’ve known


Now we’re not really dating but we do have undeniable chemistry which does make me ponder the idea of what dating someone like her would be like


Clearly there’s challenges


But there’s also a refreshing good side as well


The less baggage she’s carrying the more we can have a healthy relationship


The last girl I was seeing had gone through hell in her life
She was older than me.
Was a victim of multiple tragedies
Dealt with it by sleeping with lots of people
And even though she tried she couldn’t attract me


I felt bad for her but was also repulsed by her choices


So maybe the polar opposite would be a good idea

Anyone of the same general age will have the same amount of life experience as the next person.
They've lived the same amount of time.

As to whether or not it's a problem that they've possibly lived a more sheltered or a less opportunistic life than oneself is a different question.

In my opinion, I wouldn't think it would be any sort of a problem at all.

There's much that one can learn and appreciate by having contact with people from various backgrounds, whatever they may be.
