Am I being blown off or is it bad timing?

I matched with a guy on a dating app a few weeks ago. We've talked every night for a long time, we even talked on the phone a few times for hours. He travels for work so we couldn't physically go on a first date for a little while. We have a freaky amount of things in common and want the same things in life. Our first date was going so great until I started to feel really sick. I excused myself to go to the bathroom to try and calm my symptoms but nothing helped so I had to tell him. He was so sweet, tried to be helpful, and let me sorta ride it out. We kept talking on the way home and he said he likes that we can talk for hours and not run out of things to talk about. When we said goodbye he gave me a big hug and when I said we should absolutely get together again soon, he replied with "yeah, yeah!" I made sure to text him later that night and say I had a great time, apologized for my illness again but that I was interested in continuing getting to know him. He replied with "yes I had a great time too! I probably can't get together before T-giving, but we can keep in touch through the holiday."

Am I being blown off, or is going on a date right before Thanksgiving just the worst timing ever?
