No, what causes cheating has nothing to do with the partner, but it has everything to do with the person that is cheating. Because there’s absolutely no excuse to cheat, nothing, yet people that cheat will blame their cheating tendencies on anything and everything just to not take accountability, so the person that cheats will probably say it was your fault for whatever reason they come up with. However, you should still work on your jealousy because obviously that’s not healthy for a relationship in general. I think it’s good to be alert, but if jealousy gets to a point where you are controlling then it should be worked on. And people who say that it will cause cheating are probably the same ones that cheat because it just doesn’t add up, there’s no excuse for it.

Most men don’t cheat because a woman is jealous that’s not how it works.

Cheating is about his character, not her emotions.

Some guys cheat because they lack self control, they want validation, or they’re avoiding dealing with their own issues.

Some do it out of immaturity, ego, or because they’re not honest about what they really want.

None of that is on the woman.

Jealousy can create tension in a relationship, sure.

But a man with integrity doesn’t use that as an excuse to betray someone.

Pleasure, to feed their ego as well as get a sense of validation, as a means of getting control over someone by sex bombing, etc. People cheat because they are not fulfilled in current relationships or trying to see what other options would be like. The blame of cheating should be placed entirely on the person doing it. There is no reason a girl being jealous should cause her partner to cheat. Just find someone devoted to you.

Men cheat for many reasons. Lack of maturity, poor self-control, emotional disconnection, or wanting validation, not just because a partner is jealous.
