In the sense of dating obviously money will come up. In some cases it’s a dealbreaker…. And sometimes I can understand. If someone’s really bad financially especially if it seems like they want to use someone for money. Chances are… that persons going to blow your money. There is a difference between not having a lot of money and being financially irresponsible.

I don’t want to date a woman for money. I could date a woman by the definition of being broke. But I wouldn’t want to be with someone long term whose not financially responsible. If that makes sense…

If you are with a woman who wants money and you pretend to have more then you do…. You’re not doing yourself any favors. She’s going to dump you eventually and even if you had a million dollars the love wouldn’t be genuine. She will probably cheat because there isn’t a real connection.

That all being said…. If someone’s honest about what they want. Respect it regardless of if you’re compatible. If someone’s honest they have enough respect for you to tell you and if you’re not compatible you can both end the relationship respectfully. Doesn’t make someone bad…. Not meant to be.

You mean in a relationship? I would say money is no one’s business until you’re planning on moving in together  Only then will it matter how you plan on splitting things up (or not)

I've read a lot of questions like this. Money should never come up, because I think as you become serious in a relationship, you'll eventually find out. It's fine and kind of expected to know what they do for a living early on but actual wages will eventually be found out.
