That varies widely on many things, like is a really trusted friend for 10 years or just a friend of a year or two? Is an easy example. And yes we typically tell those we trust more of course sooner than later, as to details that also varies and can just be how we feel and even if she feels like the type to be bothered or not.

Personally, I might mention to someone that I spent time with a particular person, but I wouldn't specify whether we had sex, and I certainly wouldn't give them any details.

It always depends on the man. Typically in a man’s social group, yes he will bring up that he got lucky. As to what extent of details is shared depends on the individual. (This typically only applies to casual hookups, not activities with established partners)

Personally I enjoy keeping lots to myself if it's something both parties agree or share or talk about then most likely their friends will know about it.

Also different age groups of men and women share different things with their friends.

It depends on the friend group. Some guys will spill the beans to all their friends or just one. I think generally the more woman you sleep with the less you talk about it and usually it's with other guys who are on a similar level of game
