The vast majority of men don't divorce their wives and don't want to. In the man's mind, she will always be the 22-year-old he met, regardless of her age.

You are projecting the attitude and behavior of a small minority of men onto all men, and that's both unreasonable and objectively wrong.

Do you have any idea how rare the guys you want are? You want a less-than-1% man, just like 90% of women today, but that math isn't mathin'. For starters you're 15, that is years and years away for you to worry. Your main focus is to enjoy your youth, but of course try to make as much good and wise decisions as you can make, but along the way humans always make mistakes and always take those as lesson to learn.

Now to put into perspectives if a man is "going" to leave for a younger women (hopefully not underaged). There is a variety of reasons for that.

Maybe something clicked in the man's brain and he is looking for excitement he is no longer finding in the current relationship, possibly he still has higher libido than his current partner, same happens vice versa. Maybe the older man is getting neglected from his wife, and a younger lady is there to meet his needs, same happens to wives whose husbands neglect them.

Possibly the younger woman is looking for older man because it's what she's into, and the younger woman is an ego boost for the older man. There's younger guys who'd rather be around older women than this of his age.

Now I am not saying this situation is the woman's fault, everything about a relationship is always a two way street. Communication is always important, and if both parties cannot come to a compromise for the sake of the relationship, then the deterioration of the relationship starts to unfold.

My advice is to take this to heart. "Comfort kills joy" humans crave excitement it helps us feel alive, never get too comfortable in your relationship always go the extra mile for your significant other.
