this girl at work with a boyfriend flirts with me a lot and I flirted back. at some point I came on too strong. anyways, she found out I had a crush on her and since then she avoids me. however, I can still have a conversation with her. she looks down without eye contact and sometimes gives me this nervous smile. should I apologise? what is she thinking?

p. s when I say too strong, maybe a compliment here and there but nothing to extreme

You know that she has a boyfriend and yet, you flirted back. This is a total red flag and you should never even have flirted in the first place and told her off about her being emotionally unfaithful and cheating on her boyfriend.

Lol. She is yet another workplace p. o. s. Were you wrong to flirt with her, especially if you knew she had a boyfriend? Yes, but she is even more wrong than you to do it to begin with since she is the one with the boyfriend.

Then she does that classic thing chicks do on the job: now tries to avoid you and act like you did something wrong because you flirted a little hard, yet she was doing it too.
