Firstly im older than him. I dont think he can hold a relationship at his age. Am I negative? He gives me vibes he wants a relationship, but I dont want to treat him that way based on vibes or to string him along.

Wouldn't it be best i back off and give him space. He always talks to me but I don't know what he wants. Super confusing.
