Why does Minnesota want criminals in their population?

It's a condition known as "Minnesota Nice". Characterized as extreme passive aggressiveness and/or codependency. Unfortunately, over half the population in MN suffer from it.

There are a few reasons. One above all is that unchecked criminal activity fosters fear and uncertainty in law abiding citizens. This makes them significantly easier to manipulate sociopolitically. Second, the unrest gives them the subterfuge to accuse the administration that they aim to overthrow of being ineffective or otherwise destructive. Third, and arguably most insidious, contrary to popular belief the illegal aliens aren’t here to vote. Latin Americans in particular tend to vote conservative because their culture is deeply rooted in Christianity and their relationships typically abide traditional gender roles. The criminals were brought here for the first two reasons. Knowing that they won’t even register to vote, that gives democrats unchecked population whose numbers can be used to create fake voter rolls, to the tune of millions. More than enough to sway popular elections.
Eliminating illegal immigrants reduces crime and unrest, makes communities safer for law abiding citizens and checks the US population so that it’s much harder to cheat on elections.
