It depends on how good he knows you if he knows you really well. Then he knows that you're not into little holidays or things like this that I mean, if he tried to get ahold of you and he couldn't get ahold of you, then he's going to think something different like, where were you? What were you doing? Who are you with? But if he knows exactly who you are, he's not going to worry about it.

Nope. But I think V-day is kind of nonsensical. I don't care what she doesn't do on February 14th. I'm more concerned about what her attitude is towards me the the other 364 days of the year.
